I totally love things! Linens, not so much. But things are great! Linens aren't so great, though. Things, on the other hand, are fantastic! But the linens I could do without. Not so with things, of course! Just linens. Not things. Only Linens.
In my hometown, there was a store called Waterbeds 'n Stuff. Then I moved out here, and I couldn't get stuff anymore. One day I was walking down Market Street in Ballard, and I saw a store called Stuff 'n Things For Pets. I was so excited, I rushed in, but although there was plenty of stuff (also things) it was all pet stuff. And things.
Stuff 'n Things For Pets closed soon after , and good riddance. But now with Lenins and Things closing, I don't know where I'll get my Soviet-era things, let alone stuff.
flamingbanjo I remeber Waterbdes n Stuff on Hanilton Rd. it was the store for "stuff" back in the late 70's.
