What an awesome question! Good to ask a major league sports player when they're walking off the field after winning a championship game. ReplyDelete"This picture cannot be explained" assures the reader that there is no possible explanation for this picture.

"This picture can not be explained" -- I would have thought that would be synonymous with "One is able to refrain from explaining this picture."
